Ed Hesse

Ed Hesse Ed Hesse has been a committed member of the footwear industry for over 15 years. One day in October 2006, Ed’s boss found him unconscious from a diabetic seizure. Ed would spend the next 6 months in a hospital. As a result of his injury, Ed lost his leg and was left with a trachea tube from a paralyzed voice box.

With limited options, confusing paperwork and the sudden loss of medical insurance, Ed was left with one option - Two Ten. With a comprehensive counseling and assistance program, Two Ten swiftly met Ed’s financial and emotional needs. Ed was able to stay in his home and be assisted by a professional homemaker. And even more, through the Community Referral Program, Two Ten linked him directly to legal services, prescription assistance programs and health insurance information right in his community.

By making a gift today, you allow Two Ten to help individuals in the footwear community in times of need- people like Ed Hesse.
