Since 1969, Two Ten Footwear Foundation has awarded nearly $17 million to about 7,000 students. Annually, Two Ten helps over 400 students nationwide meet the rising cost of a college education by awarding $700,000 in scholarships.
Two Ten offers footwear employees and their families higher education scholarships (2- or 4-year undergraduate degree) based on financial need, academic ability and personal promise.

Ars Sutoria offers two 5-day courses per year at Two Ten's headquarters in Waltham, MA for those students with at least 3 years in the footwear industry. The classes offer a greater understanding of the processes of production of different types of shoe constructions and deeper knowledge of the materials used in each stage of the process.

PENSOLE Footwear Design Academy has launched a series of 3-day, learning CAPSOLES targeted towards Young Professionals to increase the knowledge of footwear design professionals and to develop future leaders. Classes are held at Two Ten's headquarters in Waltham, MA.
