With more than 20 years in HR, Marketing and Recruitment experience Stacy is a trusted advisor to many C-Suite leaders who seek to unleash the full potential of their people and their brand.
Senior Executive Advisor
Andres “Andy” Diaz is a Senior Executive Advisor with CEB’s Human Resources Practice supporting clients in the Americas and Europe across the Corporate Leadership Council, Recruiting, and Learning & Development programs.
In his role, Andy is responsible for delivering value to clients by connecting the Practice’s insights, decision support tools, and implementation resources to clients’ strategic priorities. Andy works across the Council’s entire suite of talent management and human resources product s, including performance management, employee engagement, employment value proposition design and business partner effectiveness.
Prior to his work at CEB, Andy served as a Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff at the United States Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, where he managed an interagency process to identify strategic export-promotion priorities across the federal government and a $100- million public-private partnership to promote travel and tourism to the United States. Andy also worked as an Attorney and International Energy Policy Advisor at the United States Department of Energy focusing on renewable energy and regional electricity cooperation in Latin America. He began his career working as a newspaper editor and reporter for the Miami Herald.
Andy is currently pursuing an MBA at Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor ‘s Degree from Florida International University. He lives in New York City.

Beth advises clients on how to turn NPD information into actionable insights. She contributes to their strategic planning, product development, and marketing processes, making her a valuable resource to manufacturers, retailers, and financial services companies. Beth shares her deep knowledge of the Fashion Footwear industry on The NPD Group’s Fashion blog and with major industry media outlets including Footwear News.
Beth joined The NPD Group, Inc. in 2003 following her retail buying roles at Lord & Taylor, and Saks Fifth Avenue. She holds a MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BS from Cornell University
