About Loeffler Randall
Loeffler Randall was born out of designer Jessie Randall’s quest to find the shoes that she wanted to wear but could not find – shoes that possessed an understated elegance, were well made, and innately functional for real women. While conceptualizing the brand, Jessie cut up her wedding invitation, laying out her last name and middle name together inside of a shoe; thus the company name was born. Loeffler Randall (pronounced leff-ler) officially launched in the fall of 2005, and quickly became a favorite among fashion editors and celebrities alike.
Loeffler Randall’s mix of refined sophistication and downtown sensibility filled a niche in the shoe market as the brand was embraced both critically and commercially, and implicitly trusted by fans. The importance of quality, authenticity and attention to detail remains at the heart of Loeffler Randall’s core philosophy.
In June 2007, Randall was honored to win the CFDA Swarovski Award for Accessory Design. Since then, the brand has partnered with Target, Suno, Tucker and GOOP. In 2009, Loeffler Randall proudly launched its e-commerce website and in 2012, launched handbags as a supplement to its much-coveted line of shoes. In 2015, Loeffler Randall launched a capsule collection of outerwear. The brand is now sold in over 250 fine retailers worldwide, including Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Harvey Nichols, and Net-a-Porter.
About Joey Wölffer
Founder and Creative Director
New York Native and purebred entrepreneur, Joey Wölffer created The Styleliner in June of 2009. Prior to The Styleliner, Wölffer began her career as a jewelry designer for Meems LTD, providing accessories for several High Street stores in the UK and later became a jewelry designer for Nine West as well as Trend Director for all of Jones Apparel Group. Wanting to take her career to the next level, but not wanting to open a conventional boutique, Joey became a pioneer in the world of mobile accessories.
Following in the footsteps of her maternal great-great-grandfather who started one of today’s leading retailers in the UK, Marks and Spencer, and her father whose legacy remains in Wölffer Estate Vineyard and Stable on the South Shore of Long Island, Joey is proving that the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
Joey travels the world finding limited-edition pieces that she then curates aboard The Styleliner, creating a unique shopping experience. While Joey loves a good globetrot, her favorite days are still spent riding her horse and laughing at her Jack Russell/Chihuahua, Chili P with her husband Max.
