Jeff Espersen

A true “Shoedog” with a heart for fashion would be an apt description for Jeff Espersen. While Zappos was his home from 2010-2022, his experience spans over 35 years in the apparel and shoe industry, holding roles in management, merchandising, product development, and brand building.     

Prior to his tenure at Zappos, Espersen was Vice President and General Merchandise Manager at DSW shoes, where he was responsible for all men’s shoes as well as women’s athletic shoes. His retail journey started at Nordstrom in 1984, where he progressed to become the Midwest Divisional Merchandise Manager for men’s and children’s shoes, along with experience in athletic and women’s shoes.

Jeff grew up in the Seattle area and attended Seattle Pacific University on a basketball athletic scholarship. He graduated with a B.A. in Business Marketing. He has been married to his college sweetheart for 36 years and they have raised four children together.

Jeff joined the Two Ten Board of Directors in 2018.
