Waltham, MA – May 21, 2014 – Two Ten Footwear Foundation held its Annual New York Golf Tournament on Monday, May 19, 2014 at the beautiful Alpine Country Club in Demarest, NJ. Funds raised before and during the tournament will help footwear families during times of pressing need.
“Not only did golfers have a great day on a gorgeous course with amazing food but they were also able to help others in our industry who need it. It doesn’t get any better than that.” said David Stamberg, Chair of the New York Golf Tournament and Vice President of Business Development and East Coast Sales Director for Taryn Rose at Will Rich Shoe.
“This year’s tournament was a resounding success,” said Neal Newman, president of Two Ten Footwear Foundation. “Thanks to our golfing community, title sponsor New Balance Golf, and other generous sponsors, $75,000 was raised from this year’s tournament. Net proceeds will go directly to our Emergency Relief Fund enabling Two Ten to help another 48 footwear families get back on their feet when the unexpected happens.”
