
Co-chaired by Carol Baiocchi, VP-DMM Kohl's, and Diane Sullivan, President & CEO Brown Shoe Co., Two Ten's Women In Footwear Industry community represents the wide spectrum of professions in footwear, including established women leaders and the emerging generation of professional women.
- MISSION: To inspire, support, mentor and educate women in the footwear industry.
- GOALS: To build a community of support among women in the industry; to increase the visibility of women leaders and professionals in footwear; and to foster advancement in order to strengthen the industry as a whole.
- BACKGROUND: Grown from small groups of professional women, WIFI now has over 600 members from the footwear industry!
