Meet the Two Ten Team

Neal Newman, President
Neal Newman has 30-year international track record of developing and leading high-performance nonprofit organizations in the United States and Europe. Prior to his appointment as President at Two Ten, Neal established the award-winning consulting practice Philanthropia International specializing in international development, philanthropy and major donor programs. Before moving to Dublin, Ireland in 1995, Neal served as Executive Director of the Coalition for a Better Acre (CBA) for many years and worked for Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation (now NeighborWorks) on the national economic development staff. Neal earned his master’s degree at Tufts University in urban and environmental policy planning. When not at Two Ten, Neal enjoys family time with wife Orla, daughter Jessie and son Conor (now at University College Dublin), playing tennis and tuning into a good soccer match.

Elba Marcillo, CFO
Elba Marcillo joined Two Ten in October 2012 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her over 20 years of experience as a financial leader in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Upon graduating from Emmanuel College, Elba worked for Deloitte & Touche as a Staff Accountant before serving as an Accounting Manager and Controller for several large for-profit companies in Boston. However, her desire to give back landed her at Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation, a community development organization, as their Controller and later CFO, where she devoted her time to enhancing the condition of underserved populations in the Boston area through the promotion of self-sufficiency and community revitalization. Her commitment to community development along with her unquestionable talent for accounting brought her to Two Ten. Her focus on Two Ten’s mission comes second only to her love and commitment for her family. In her free time, Elba enjoys gardening, reading and traveling with her family.
